Nail Surgery
Our Podiatrists have experience treating patients suffering from nail ingrown and usually offer relief on the first visit. In certain instances, an ingrown nail may be a persistent issue caused by a congenital curvature in the nail or a poor cutting method.
In certain situations, we may recommend small surgery to correct the issue of ingrown toenails. The procedure takes place in the practice of one of our highly skilled podiatrists using an anesthetic local to the area. It is a safe and effective surgical procedure called partial nail avulsion, and it has minimum (if you have any) post-operative discomfort.
